MUST-READ NOTES:

• The material used for the decorative flower in the orange circle is dried pistachios. The sizes and shapes may vary.

• Please hold the brass leaf which blue arrow pointed to to adjust or move the corsage. All other parts of the corsage are relative fragile.

• The golden metal pieces are 24k plated gold, please store in dry and sealed place if not using.

• The green fabric can be snagged easily. Please use it carefully and keep away from sharp objects such as nails.

We do not accept change of mind refund or exchange once order is confirmed. Any cancelations during the product making period will not receive the refund of deposit (if applicable), and will be prohibited for subsequent orders.

We have a 7-day return or refund policy for products with major problems, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

The deposit if not refundable for any reasons once order is confirmed. We only accept refund request if there is a major problem with the product. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
