The dress form is shipped unassembled. Magnets must be installed by the customer upon arrival.

This product is designed as a dressmaking mannequin. It includes only one arm and one leg.

Please note that there is no option to purchase the matching opposite arm or leg separately. This product cannot be assembled into a complete human figure.

Due to the nature of the 3D printing process, visible layer lines are unavoidable. These are normal characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.

As this is an ongoing rolling preorder, separate balance payment reminders will not be sent for layaway orders. If you choose to pay by installments, please complete the balance payment within 2 months of paying the deposit. Orders will be shipped in the order that full payment or balance payment is received.

We do not accept change of mind refund or exchange once order is confirmed. Any cancelations during the product making period will not receive the refund of deposit (if applicable), and will be prohibited for subsequent orders.
We have a 7-day return or refund policy for products with major problems, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at spacestudiobjd@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, particularly for our custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
The deposit if not refundable for any reasons once order is confirmed. We only accept refund request if there is a major problem with the product. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
