The fox mask is made with resin casting, same as the doll head.
Because of its complex shape, resin casting is chosen over 3D printing to ensure:
• Longer durability
• No visible layer lines
• Better surface quality for face-up
Before purchasing, please read carefully:
1. Fit & Compatibility
The mask has been adjusted multiple times for better fit and appearance, but due to the wide variety of doll face shapes, perfect fit cannot be guaranteed.
This mask is more suitable for heads with semi-realistic or realistic styles. It may not fit properly on anime-style heads (such as those from Volks, AE, or early Luts), or heads with round faces or short/pointed chins, and may leave a significant gap around the chin area or slip off.

2. Inside
The mouth interior and teeth area are the mold gate processing zone.
This area may show:
• Gate marks
• Slight unevenness from the casting process
These do not affect the mask’s exterior appearance.
3. Red / Black Resin
Like all dark resin colors:
• Sanding marks may be more visible
• Some areas may appear lighter after sanding
• Mouth interior may have rougher gate marks
These are normal for resin casting and are not considered defects.
Please purchase only if you accept these characteristics.
4. Wearing & Handling Instructions
• Masks directly contact the face—handle gently.
• Avoid pressing or rubbing to prevent damage to face-up or eyelashes.
• The teeth area is fine and sharp; dropping or pressure may cause breakage.
• Do NOT put fingers into the mask mouth to avoid injury or damage to the teeth part.
We do not accept change of mind refund or exchange once order is confirmed. Any cancelations during the product making period will not receive the refund of deposit (if applicable), and will be prohibited for subsequent orders.
We have a 7-day return or refund policy for products with major problems, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, particularly for our custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
The deposit if not refundable for any reasons once order is confirmed. We only accept refund request if there is a major problem with the product. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
