Sizes 75 and above (DollZone 75, UF 2.0, YC77, AM77, 2D75, etc. ) are generally compatible. Flat-foot bodies can wear them without requiring high-heel feet

Note:
The metal bars are hand-installed. When viewed from the side or at an angle, slight edge protrusions may be visible.
Even after manual hammering and adjustment, a perfectly seamless fit between the metal bar and the toe area cannot be guaranteed, and minor marks such as hammer bends may be present on the metal bar.
Horsehair genuine leather is not suitable for edge painting, so horsehair versions do not have painted edges. This does not affect photography or use and is not considered a quality issue.
Due to the natural characteristics of genuine leather and horsehair, complete uniformity cannot be guaranteed.
We do not accept change of mind refund or exchange once order is confirmed. Any cancelations during the product making period will not receive the refund of deposit (if applicable), and will be prohibited for subsequent orders.
We have a 7-day return or refund policy for products with major problems, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at spacestudiobjd@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, particularly for our custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
The deposit if not refundable for any reasons once order is confirmed. We only accept refund request if there is a major problem with the product. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
