Note:
These boots are made entirely of genuine cowhide leather.
To ensure ease of wear, a zipper is added at the back. In order to balance wearability with the desired draped and gathered silhouette, the boot shaft is unlined, while the lower boot section is lined with genuine leather.
After friction inside the shaft, a small amount of fine leather particles may shed; these can simply be blown off and are not considered a quality issue.
Based on testing, no color transfer was observed after 24 hours of wear with white pants or bare legs. However, due to environmental and other uncontrollable factors, color transfer cannot be completely guaranteed. If you are concerned, we recommend wrapping the legs with protective film before wearing and avoiding prolonged wear.
Each pair is fully handmade and may show individual variations. The boot shaft is made of ultra-soft calfskin, and due to the design, natural leather grain and wrinkles may be present. To maintain design consistency, the decorative leather straps and the boot opening are left unsealed; please take care when putting on and removing the boots.
The sole is also made of genuine leather. It is recommended not to remove the transparent protective film.
We do not accept change of mind refund or exchange once order is confirmed. Any cancelations during the product making period will not receive the refund of deposit (if applicable), and will be prohibited for subsequent orders.
We have a 7-day return or refund policy for products with major problems, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, particularly for our custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
The deposit if not refundable for any reasons once order is confirmed. We only accept refund request if there is a major problem with the product. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
