Note:

The wig is styled with layered bangs. From the doll’s perspective: the right bang extends past the center of the nose, and the left bang reaches around the back of the left eye.
To better fit the head shape, the hair is thinned for a lightweight finish. Please note: light-colored wigs may reveal the wig cap underneath—this is normal and unavoidable. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this.
Each wig is handmade and individually styled, so no two pieces will be exactly the same.
The wig is heavily styled at the top and holds its shape like a cap. Do not comb or pull forcefully, as this will damage the structure.
The back of the wig is intentionally left shapeless to accommodate various head shapes. If you require adjustments, please leave a note.
The hand-hooked sideburns are designed to fit most head types (will sit more forward on Iple House dolls). This is a slip-on “lazy” style—ready to wear without extra styling.

We do not accept change of mind refund or exchange once order is confirmed. Any cancelations during the product making period will not receive the refund of deposit (if applicable), and will be prohibited for subsequent orders.

We have a 7-day return or refund policy for products with major problems, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at spacestudiobjd@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, particularly for our custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

The deposit if not refundable for any reasons once order is confirmed. We only accept refund request if there is a major problem with the product. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
