The bag zippers on both sides feature leather-wrapped pulls, which can be tucked into the bag’s interior.

Embroidery details on the front panel.

The logo on the small size is embossed, while the large size features embroidered logos.

Side panel seams have slight openings due to the manufacturing process.

Handmade product: minor glue marks on edges may appear due to manual assembly. These are not eligible for after-sales claims—please purchase only if you are comfortable with this.

🎨 Color Notes

Vintage Silver (Large) and Patent Silver (Small) are NOT the same shade.

Vintage Silver (Large) has a slight bronze tint, designed to be more subtle than bright silver since a large reflective silver surface could be overwhelming.

This color has noticeable saturation—it is not pure gray. The zipper fabric has a cool-toned bronze hue.

Please read the refund policy carefully before placing an order. Once payment is successful, the buyer agrees to the relevant terms.
We do not accept change of mind refund or exchange once order is confirmed. Any cancelations during the product making period will not receive the refund of deposit (if applicable), and will be prohibited for subsequent orders.
We have a 7-day return or refund policy for products with major problems, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, particularly for our custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
The deposit if not refundable for any reasons once order is confirmed. We only accept refund request if there is a major problem with the product. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
