Note:
1. The makeup is customized by makeup artists, requested from M-Doll School. Due to the different makeup techniques, habits and environments of each makeup artist, there may be slight flaws on the surface and inside of the doll head, slight dirt, and color difference between the head and the lid.
2. The surface of the doll head with makeup will be slightly yellowed, which is normal. The yellowing will be marked.
3. The actual pictures are taken under natural light, with the original iPhone camera and natural mode.
4. If you do not purchase the body, the doll head can be sent out within 7 business days. If you need to purchase the body also, the doll head will be sent out together with the body, and there will be slight color difference between the body and the doll head.
5. The doll head with makeup is a handmade product. Before placing an order, you can ask us to shoot a video of the doll head for you. After placing an order, no return or exchange will be accepted.

We do not accept change of mind refund or exchange once order is confirmed. Any cancelations during the product making period will not receive the refund of deposit (if applicable), and will be prohibited for subsequent orders.
We have a 7-day return or refund policy for products with major problems, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at spacestudiobjd@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, particularly for our custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
The deposit if not refundable for any reasons once order is confirmed. We only accept refund request if there is a major problem with the product. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
