Booking Process: 

- Book face-up services and any add-ons --> leave a note / send an email about your requests --> we will send the doll head to the face-up artist when the doll is ready --> the face-up artist paints and confirm with you --> we receive the doll head from the artist and send it to you. 

Please note that this face-up service is only available if you have / will have pending doll orders with us, and we will help you to get the doll head painted before we send them to you! If everything goes well, we will consider accepting international commissions in the future.

Please read the following carefully before placing an order: 

- All face-ups are painted by hand, minor asymmetry, marks and dirts may occur. 

- No modification for Basic service. One modification for Custom service. 

If you are not satisfied with the face-up, 50% of the service fee will be refunded. Extra USD15 will be charged to remove the face-up. 

- We will send you photos/videos to capture as much detail as possible before we send it to you. NO REFUND WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER SHIPMENT ARRANGED. 

We do not accept change of mind refund or exchange once order is confirmed. Any cancelations during the product making period will not receive the refund of deposit (if applicable), and will be prohibited for subsequent orders. 

We have a 7-day return or refund policy for products with major problems, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at spacestudiobjd@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, particularly for our custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

The deposit if not refundable for any reasons once order is confirmed. We only accept refund request if there is a major problem with the product. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
