The Gemini Platform Shoes feature a punk-inspired design with a custom-molded outsole that includes an exclusive logo on the bottom. Both the front and back are adorned with custom metal plates. The upper is covered with two decorative straps, while the sides are detailed with ventilation holes and visible stitching. The shoes have a substantial weight, an extra-thick heel, and intricate design details, making them well-suited for pairing with sock sleeves, long pants, and similar outfits.

Colors
🔹 Caramel Mocha
The upper is made of suede, offering a softer texture with a subtle velvety touch. Finished with a custom brown sole. Pairs well with sand tones, browns, and denim outfits.
🔹 Sesame Grey
The upper is PU leather, not denim. Easy to maintain, resistant to deformation, dirt, scuffing, and lint. Features a visible woven-style texture. Best suited for grey, black, and silver-toned styling.
🔹 Genuine Leather Matte Black
Crafted from genuine goatskin leather for improved durability and longevity. The leather has a finer grain with a subtle sheen. Lined with a nude-toned interior fabric to match the overall texture. Due to the nature of genuine leather, the edge finishing differs slightly from the PU versions. All other construction details remain the same.
🔹 Matte Black
Finished in a fully matte black. The material has a balanced firmness and softness, creating a clean look without being overly striking.
🔹 Patent Black
Patent leather upper with a smooth, high-shine finish and strong reflectivity. Slightly firmer than the matte black version. Normal handling will not leave scratches. Compared to matte black, it is relatively more prone to scratching, but visible marks are unlikely unless scratched with sharp objects or fingernails.
🔹 Patent White
Patent leather with a glossy surface and noticeable shine. Paired with a white sole. Suitable for styling that includes white elements.
🔹 Raspberry Choco
Patent leather with a smooth surface. Deep pink upper paired with a black sole for a bold contrast. Ideal for gal style or pink-toned outfits.

We do not accept change of mind refund or exchange once order is confirmed. Any cancelations during the product making period will not receive the refund of deposit (if applicable), and will be prohibited for subsequent orders.
We have a 7-day return or refund policy for products with major problems, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, particularly for our custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
The deposit if not refundable for any reasons once order is confirmed. We only accept refund request if there is a major problem with the product. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
