The official body blush shown in photos is hand-painted by designer Jiu Er Mao. The add-on body blush option is only a basic version. It will not be identical to the official photos and should not be taken as the product standard.

The Witch bust base cannot stand on its own without the glove hands. The glove hands are designed as supporting parts. They can be secured with blu-tack or glue.
When standing, the thighs of both bust bases may not be fully touching the ground. This is normal.
There will always be seams at the arm joints. As the arms are not perfectly round, they only align flush in the default official position. Rotating them in other directions will cause misalignment.
The 1/4 and 1/3 sizes are not scaled proportionally, so there may be slight differences. They are not guaranteed to be exactly the same.
Due to limitations in manual drilling, a new hole-opening method is used. Because the cut is less sharp, the head socket may appear slightly off-center. This is normal, does not affect head attachment, appearance, or overall function.
The Witch’s fingertips are long and sharp. Minor, faint white spots may appear at the very tips and cannot be avoided.
For special skin tones, larger resin blocks are used, which may result in unavoidable watermarks.
The magnets at the arm slots are designed for maximum strength, so some magnets may be slightly visible or show through. This does not affect the appearance of the bust base.
Small air bubbles may be present at the magnet slots. These do not affect magnetic strength and are unavoidable.

We do not accept change of mind refund or exchange once order is confirmed. Any cancelations during the product making period will not receive the refund of deposit (if applicable), and will be prohibited for subsequent orders.

We have a 7-day return or refund policy for products with major problems, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at spacestudiobjd@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, particularly for our custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

The deposit if not refundable for any reasons once order is confirmed. We only accept refund request if there is a major problem with the product. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
