Story:
At the foot of Wawu Mountain in Sichuan, a mysterious place surrounded by clouds and mist hides a milk tea house.This milk tea house is run by a group of special girls, and it is said that only those with a sincere heart can break through the fog and find it. If you come across a small bamboo house with the name "Colorful Brocade" (Caihua Jin) written on it, you are fortunate enough to encounter those lovely girls.
The owner of Caihua Jin is a caramel-colored cat named Xiao Jin, who loves to eat various kinds of boiled fish. There are also the milk tea maker--- named Taozi, , Ah Zi, the dessert chef , and Xiao Ji, the tea maker. From sunrise to sunset, they jointly operate Caihua Jin, welcome every lucky person who comes here.
One day, a seemingly silent panda named Bai Ze arrived at Caihua Jin. She looks tired and weary. Xiao Jin and her friends immediately noticed Bai Ze's unusual state and invited her in, treating her to delicious food. In their conversation, they learned that Bai Ze came from a distant panda base, where a disease had spread in her homeland. The panda elders had spoken of a golden bamboo forest in the distance, which was the legendary panda sanctuary, and only the bamboo leaves from the golden bamboo forest could save everyone.
In order to find the long-lost panda sanctuary and obtain the cure, Bai Ze left home. However, after a long journey, Bai Ze still hadn't found any clues. Along the way, she accidentally stumbled upon Wawu Mountain and arrived at Caihua Jin.
After hearing Bai Ze's story, Xiao Jin and her friends were deeply moved. Kind-hearted as they were, they immediately decided to help Bai Ze in her search for the panda sanctuary.
In the days that followed, Xiao Jin, Taotie, Ah Zi, and Xiao Ji accompanied Bai Ze on the road, searching for clues to the panda sanctuary. They encountered various difficulties but never gave up. At the same time, they also met two girls with different personalities but equally kind-hearted, Luo Luo and Qingyun. Thus, the seven girls embarked on a mysterious journey together, traversing dense forests, steep mountains, dreamy flower seas, and vast oceans...
After a series of adventures and puzzle-solving, they finally found clues to the panda sanctuary...

We do not accept change of mind refund or exchange once order is confirmed. Any cancelations during the product making period will not receive the refund of deposit (if applicable), and will be prohibited for subsequent orders.
We have a 7-day return or refund policy for products with major problems, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
The deposit if not refundable for any reasons once order is confirmed. We only accept refund request if there is a major problem with the product. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
