Packing Method: The thickened carton box filled with bubble bags, foam boards, etc., and the external reinforcement such as fixed corners, bubble paper, and fragile labels.
The total weight of the chair (inc. packaging) is about 1-2kg, and the volumetric weight is about 3-12kg.
Default Shipping Method: SAL.
Shipping fees charged by weight, so roughly 24-35USD per chair. ETA is not guaranteed, ranging from half a month to 4 months.
According to Fedex, EMS, etc, shipping fees will be charged by volumetric weight. and it would be around USD50-170 per chair.
If you wish to use this type of shipping, please contact us to pay the shipping fee, otherwise the default shipping method will be used.
We do not accept change of mind refund or exchange once order is confirmed. Any cancelations during the product making period will not receive the refund of deposit (if applicable), and will be prohibited for subsequent orders.
We have a 7-day return or refund policy for products with major problems, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, particularly for our custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
The deposit if not refundable for any reasons once order is confirmed. We only accept refund request if there is a major problem with the product. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
