Note:
1. Strong Magnets
Due to the weight of the bust display accessories, N52 high strength magnets are used throughout the bust display to ensure a secure connection and prevent accessories from falling or becoming damaged.
The magnetic force is very strong. Please install and remove accessories slowly and carefully to avoid pinching your fingers.
2. Magnetic Connections & Seam Lines
The arms and legs attach to the torso via magnetic connections. As a result, visible seam lines are normal.
Arms
The arm joints have been specially designed to minimize gaps as much as possible. However, slight gaps may still be present.
Due to the sculpted muscle anatomy, the arm connection is designed to align smoothly only in its default position. When the arm is rotated to other poses, slight muscle misalignment is normal.
Legs
To preserve the overall appearance of the torso when the legs are removed, the leg sockets feature an irregular cut design. Therefore, the leg joints will have more noticeable seam lines and cannot be completely flush.
If this is a concern, please purchase with caution.
3. Bottom Surface
Due to the handmade production process, the bottom of the bust display may not sit perfectly flush on a flat surface.
This does not affect normal display or use.
We do not accept change of mind refund or exchange once order is confirmed. Any cancelations during the product making period will not receive the refund of deposit (if applicable), and will be prohibited for subsequent orders.
We have a 7-day return or refund policy for products with major problems, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at spacestudiobjd@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, particularly for our custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
The deposit if not refundable for any reasons once order is confirmed. We only accept refund request if there is a major problem with the product. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
