Material: Heat-resistant synthetic fiber, triple-point wig base. Total hair length: 40 cm.
To better fit the head shape, the hair has been thinned and lightly styled. Minor disarrangement during handling is unavoidable. Loose hairs, glue marks, and handmade traces may be present. Each wig is handcrafted and cannot be made exactly identical. Please consider carefully before purchasing if this is a concern.
Light-colored wigs may partially reveal the wig cap, which is unavoidable. Purchase indicates acceptance of this characteristic.
Each hand-trimmed wig is fully handmade, so individual differences are inevitable.
The styling is relatively firm and should not be brushed aggressively, pulled forcefully, or flattened by pressure.
We do not accept change of mind refund or exchange once order is confirmed. Any cancelations during the product making period will not receive the refund of deposit (if applicable), and will be prohibited for subsequent orders.
We have a 7-day return or refund policy for products with major problems, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, particularly for our custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
The deposit if not refundable for any reasons once order is confirmed. We only accept refund request if there is a major problem with the product. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
