◎ This dress has a fitted silhouette and is suitable for dolls with similar bust, underbust, and waist measurements.
※ Shoulder width differences are generally fine, but bust and waist should be close to the listed measurements.

※ If your doll’s measurements are within these ranges, the dress should fit.
※ Due to the form-fitting shape, the dress is not suitable for male dolls or dolls with thick waists.
◎ SOOM MSD Girl and MDD share the same dress; only the bonnet size differs.
◎ Not all 1/4 size dolls are cross-compatible—please check measurements carefully.
◎ SD10 and SD13 girls cannot wear SDGR size!
◎ DDDY can wear SD16 size; DD and DDS can wear SDGR size.
◎ No need to remove hands when dressing the model dolls shown.
◎ The dress has boning support at the waist and an invisible zipper at the back.
◎ Both bodice and skirt are lined in white (not including shoulders/sleeves).
We do not accept change of mind refund or exchange once order is confirmed. Any cancelations during the product making period will not receive the refund of deposit (if applicable), and will be prohibited for subsequent orders.
We have a 7-day return or refund policy for products with major problems, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at spacestudiobjd@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, particularly for our custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
The deposit if not refundable for any reasons once order is confirmed. We only accept refund request if there is a major problem with the product. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
